In 2005 we found we were looking for a change in lifestyle and wanted to do something that was home based on our 5 acre property on Lakes Road. We love food, we love to create, so the sausage business seemed like a natural fit.

We built a health approved processing kitchen with custom smokers, bought equipment and a handful of recipes from Chemainus Sausage Kitchen and have grown the business to over 100 items.

Our handcrafted artisan products are all made from local, quality pork, beef and chicken. We do not add msg, wheat, soy or dry milk fillers.

We sell our products from our house, open 7 days a week as well as Saturdays at the year round Duncan Farmer's Market. We also do custom domestic and game processing.

We enjoy meeting so many people and have many regulars—locals and from all over Vancouver Island, the mainland, even Alberta and Washington. We appreciate and are very grateful for the support.
