In 2016 we found that we were looking for a change in lifestyle and do something home based, We love food & we love to create so the sausage business seemed like a natural fit.

We purchased this health approved processing kitchen with custom smoker and a bunch of recipes. We have since changed and grown the business to be our own. Our handcrafted artisan products are all hand made from local quality pork, chicken, beef and lamb.

We do not add MSG, wheat, soy or dry milk fillers. We sell our products from our house as well as drop in at the Saturday Duncan Farmer's Market.

We enjoy meeting so many people, We appreciate and are very grateful for the continued support.
